Division for Analysis, Planning and Quality

1. Duties and responsibilities of the Division
for Analysis, Planning and Quality are:
1.1. Ensures information for the needs of
inspection plans from sources determined
with the Administrative Instruction on
Inspections;
1.2. Prepares Annual Inspection Plan and
inspection work Programes;
1.3. Provides instructions for inspection
teams on inspection objectives and duties
stipulated within work programmes;
1.4. Cooperates with inspection teams in
order to ensure the fulfilment of duties in
obtaining proper information;
1.5. Organizes support meetings for
inspection teams for coordinating
activities in issuing reports, in accordance
with the reporting standards;
1.6. Involves in initiated inspections,
depending on the needs and volume of
work;
1.7. Assists in reaching qualitative
reporting and in fulfilment of planned
objectives;
1.8. It is represented in the meetings with
police management for discussing the
matters related to the inspection results.
2. Head of the Division for Analysis, Planning
and Quality reports to the Head of
Department of Inspection.
