Police Inspectorate (PIK) respectively the investigators Investigation Department have arrested today an employee of the KP (civilian staff – without police authorizations) on suspicion that he has committed the criminal offense “light bodily injury”.
PIK has received through the “Blue Line” ( 080003333) regarding the suspicion of a KP employee has committed the criminal offense “light body injury” in Prishtina.
Immediately after receiving the information, PIK investigators responded the call after some initial investigative actions, the competent prosecutor was consulted and the suspect was detained for 48 hours by the decision of prosecutor.
Regarding the same case, his superiors in the KP were notified for further discipliary proceedings.
PIK investigators in full coordination with the Prosecution will continue to undertake other investigative actions toward the full clarification of all the circumstances related to this case.
