PIKs CEO Mr.Kushtrim Hodaj hosted in a work meeting today in PIKs facility the General Director of Police Mr.Samedin Mehmeti.

Mr. Hodaj and Mr. Mehmeti in this working meeting in which were present senior officials of PIK and KPs management  discussed issues related to strengthening police integrity, raising the level of police integrity.

Both  the KP General Director and PIKs Chief Executive Officer expressed that they will remain committed to the performance of legal duties and responsibilities by the police in a professional manner for all citizens of the country.

Both sides also pledged that in order to provide a more efficient and quality police service, unprofessional behavior and exceeding police powers will not be tolerated and any allegations of citizens for violation of human rights will be treated.

The meeting also discussed the part of police planning for the implementation of projects for the installation of body camera equipment for police officers and the project which is already being implemented with the installation of cameras in police stations as projects that carry financial costs, but that are considered very important in order to increase transparency, increase the level of discipline and more efficient management.
